This course is suitable for anyone with responsibility for overseeing delivery of a project or part of a project and organisations that have a new project to plan. The course will provide you with a structured approach to project delivery to ensure that no details are missed. It will cover: project planning, resourcing a project, communicating project plans to the team, using GANTT charts, agreeing and delegating project actions, monitoring progress, resolving problems, project completion ~ review and reporting.
