Dacorum COMPACT - relaunched
On Wednesday 19th March the Dacorum Parnership approved the revised
Dacorum Compact. The original Compact was launched in 2002. The
new revision has been edited in recognition that a number of the
named contacts in 2002 have moved on from the role they fulfilled
at that date and most importantly the update version has been set
out to be more user friendly and easy to read. Commenting on the
launch, the Chief Executive of Community Action Dacorum said "The
Compact plays an integral role in setting out the relationship between
the statutory and third sectors at all tiers of Government.
In Dacorum all parties are committed to the further development
of an already strong working relationship and the Compact will be
key in making this happen."
